About the role

Gestalt Community Schools seeks a Dean to support the instructional program and leadership team at its campuses in Tennessee. You will work closely with the principal to implement curriculum, guide teachers, and strengthen student achievement. The position requires Tennessee teaching or admin licensure, 4+ years of teaching at levels 4-5, and strong coaching and data-analysis skills to improve classroom practice.
