This role focuses on transactional work in support of our acquisition-driven growth strategy, including drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting due diligence, assisting with post-acquisition integration, and standardizing processes across acquired entities.The ideal candidate has a JD with Florida Bar admission, 5+ years of transactional experience, and proven skills in drafting, negotiation, and risk #J-18808-Ljbffr
