🚨 Executive Assistant | Private Equity | New York, NY 🚨We're partnering with a highly respected private equity firm to identify an Executive Assistant who is looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, high-performing organization. You'll join an experienced team with exceptional tenure, supporting senior investment professionals while working alongside a close-knit administrative group that genuinely enjoys collaborating and helping one another succeed.
What You'll Be Doing: 📅 Partner with senior investment professionals to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, expenses, and meeting logistics✈️ Anticipate executive needs before they arise by coordinating travel details, transportation, itineraries, and scheduling across multiple priorities🤝 Serve as a trusted business partner and gatekeeper, helping executives stay organized, prepared, and focused🍽️ Coordinate investor meetings, board meetings, and in-office lunches while ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external guests💼 Process high-volume expense reports and manage day-to-day administrative priorities with exceptional accuracy🎯 Become a true extension of your executives by proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, solving problems before they happen, and keeping priorities moving forward Who We're Looking For✔️ 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience (financial services experience is welcomed but not required)✔️ Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and always thinking two steps ahead✔️ A relationship-builder who enjoys becoming a trusted partner to senior leaders✔️ A "no task is too big or too small" mentality with a genuine willingness to jump in wherever needed✔️ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication✔️ Someone looking for a long-term home where they can grow alongside their executives and the firm📍 Location: New York, NY | Midtown🏢 Schedule: Monday-Friday, in office
