About the role

Year Up United seeks a Senior Director of Philanthropy to drive donor growth and support for its mission. You will manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, focusing on major gifts and strategic initiatives to enable more students to access Year Up United programs. You will cultivate relationships at the seven-figure level, identify new high net worth donors, and collaborate with research teams and leaders. You will mentor students and help foster a positive educational environment.
