Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities: Analyze business problems and provide data-driven recommendations. Develop and manage metrics, reporting, and dashboards. Perform SQL-based analysis and statistical analysis. Build self-serve analytical tools and support RCA initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership. Key Requirements and

Technology Experience: Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills. Moderate to advanced SQL proficiency. Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation. Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments. Python/R and AI solution experience are a plus. Tech industry or Trust & Safety experience is preferred but not required. Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
