We're equally interested in strong brand-side, ecommerce, marketplace, and Amazon-native operators. You'll Thrive at Hike If...You don't need to be micromanaged You have a natural sense of urgency You're curious and enjoy understanding how businesses work You proactively identify problems and opportunities You're comfortable making recommendations and having a point of view You hold yourself accountable for outcomes You care deeply about the quality of your work You want to grow with the company over the long term Why Hike Work with thoughtful, premium brands from around the world Own meaningful businesses rather than one narrow function Work closely with experienced operators and company leadership Collaborate with dedicated specialists across Advertising, SEO, Content, Creative, Catalog, and Operations Join a growing company where strong performance creates meaningful career opportunities Help shape how Hike operates as we continue to scale Remote-first environment Performance-based bonus opportunities Employee discount Employment & Compensation Full-time strongly preferred. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
