Home Health Physical Therapist | Hospital Affiliated | $100K Base Highlights/Benefits Hospital-Affiliated Home Health (Backed by a Major Non-Profit System) Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Compensation: $100,000 Minimum Guaranteed Base Salary Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) upside: Earn additional pay for anything over 30 units a week Complete Schedule Control: Schedulers handle the start of care, and you book the rest to fit your life Minimal Weekend Rotation: Light on-call rotation ($5 weekend differential per visit) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 20 days annually Comprehensive Health, Life, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Match Full-time, permanent position About the Role Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and truly value patient care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment.
