About the role

Job Description: We're seeking a Personal Lines Closer to help close high-volume home and auto insurance in California. This isn't a nurture-and-follow-up role — you'll be on the phone taking live handoffs and closing deals same-day. If you like fast-paced work, hitting numbers, and getting paid for your own performance, this is built for you.
Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Holidays Employee Discounts Retirement Plan Performance Bonuses
Responsibilities: Take warm-transferred and inbound leads and close them on the same call whenever possible Ask directly for the sale — no waiting around for the customer to bring it up Handle price objections and pushback confidently, without losing the deal or your composure Juggle a full, fast-moving pipeline — multiple calls, multiple leads in motion, no downtime Follow our sales process and documentation standards consistently, even when things get busy Bundle policies and stay accurate on coverage details while moving quickly Build your career with an agency that invests in your success from day one.
Requirements: Must have an Active California Property and Casualty License
Active Life & Health License is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required Strong closing skills – Present quotes and close sales Agency Zoom or Apex proficiency required to track opportunities Must be able to one-call close and have a high bundle rate Goal-oriented, persistent, and willing to follow up when a sale isn’t closed on the first call A direct, confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask for the business Highly motivated by commission, rankings, and individual performance — not just team wins High energy and comfortable in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment Thick-skinned: you can take a "no" or a tough pushback and move straight to the next call Organized enough to keep up with process and paperwork without slowing down Someone who actually enjoys the back-and-forth of selling and negotiating — not just tolerates it

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
