About the role
Advantage Solutions is seeking an Employee Relations Partner I to support day-to-day employee relations activities and manage Tier 1 workplace investigations. This entry-level role provides foundational experience in handling routine matters within the Employee Relations team. You will serve as a point of contact for inquiries, maintain documentation, and help coordinate final pay processes, separation agreements, and other administrative tasks.
