About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of DfMA Integration and Operations to play a pivotal role in leading the systems, processes, and cross-functional integration necessary to deliver design excellence at scale. This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into efficient, manufacturable, and production-ready solutions. The successful candidate will be the primary integration leader across various disciplines, including architecture, systems engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and project delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and leading the operating model for the design organization, establishing scalable workflows and standards, and driving continuous improvement across all DfMA studio functions. The role also involves leading the integration of design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, coordinating with manufacturing leaders to address design-related production challenges, and establishing design readiness criteria for production execution. Applicants for the Vice President of DfMA Integration and Operations role at the company should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or product development environments is required, with a strong understanding of design delivery, engineering coordination, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in modular, volumetric, or industrialized construction, and be familiar with BIM, digital delivery workflows, and model-based coordination. Experience in driving DfMA implementation and production integration initiatives, as well as a background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement, is also preferred. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
