Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport patients using wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Provide door-through-door assistance, including help with wheelchairs and mobility devices
Follow DOT, ADA, and Kentucky Medicaid NEMT regulations
Maintain on-time pickups and drop-offs using our driver app
Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Communicate professionally with dispatch, clinics, and patients
Complete required trip and incident documentation accurately
