About the role

Looking for a role where you can build client relationships and develop toward greater responsibility? The Dorne Region is seeking a Business Development Associate for its Vienna office. This full-time opportunity gives you a chance to learn insurance sales, strengthen your communication, and contribute to new client activity. Your starting point can be customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another role that has taught you how to work with people. Prior insurance experience is not required to be considered. You’ll learn to: Identify opportunities through outreach and ongoing conversations. Ask useful questions and coordinate appropriate next steps. Maintain an organized pipeline of contacts and follow-ups. Support client relationships and the team’s sales activity. Training and feedback help you develop a repeatable approach. We value curiosity, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to improve through practice. In this independent business arrangement, training and feedback can support progression into broader client and team responsibility as your capabilities develop. The role is on-site in Vienna. Apply if you want to put your existing people skills to work while learning a new business.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
