ROLE IMPACTCorner Stone Professional Placement is partnering with a global dermatology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organization seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to support its growing U.S. Communications team. This role will help shape how the organization communicates its business growth, scientific innovation, leadership, and culture to both external and internal audiences. The Corporate Communications Manager will work closely with communications leadership, senior executives, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to execute corporate messaging, media relations, executive communications, employee communications, and major event initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced communications professional who combines strong writing and editorial judgment with advanced Power Point and presentation-development skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: External Communications & Media Relations Execute proactive earned media, corporate announcements, and reputation-building initiatives in partnership with external communications agencies. Develop press materials, corporate messaging, talking points, and executive visibility content. Identify and develop compelling stories highlighting business growth, innovation, scientific developments, and organizational leadership. Develop U.S. corporate social media content, including executive and organizational posts. Maintain consistency across external messaging, media relations, social content, and broader corporate communications. Support relationships and engagement with top-tier media outlets and journalists. Executive & Employee Communications Develop leadership messages, organizational announcements, executive talking points, Q&As, and other internal and external communications. Lead communications planning and content development for U.S. Town Halls, including presentation narratives, speaker preparation, Q&A materials, and post-event communications. Create executive-ready Power Point presentations that translate complex business and scientific information into clear and engaging narratives. Manage internal communications calendars covering business updates, enterprise initiatives, leadership communications, and employee engagement. Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational change communications and sensitive employee messaging. Handle confidential andREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.5–7+ years of experience within corporate, external, internal, or executive communications. Demonstrated experience independently developing executive and corporate communications, including: Leadership communications Town Hall content Executive talking points and Q&AsCorporate announcements Media and press materials Strong Power Point and presentation-development skills. Strong corporate writing, editing, and editorial judgment. Experience simplifying complex business or technical information while maintaining accuracy. Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and review cycles. Ability to work effectively with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external agency partners. Experience working within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Background within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, dermatology, medical aesthetics, consumer health, or another regulated industry. Corporate communications and media relations experience. Established experience working with or developing relationships with top-tier media outlets. Experience supporting senior executives across both employee-facing and external communications. Experience working within a global organization and adapting enterprise messaging for U.S. audiences. Experience supporting scientific congresses, corporate events, or healthcare-related communications
