About the role

Senior Channel Sales Manager (GSI's) | PE backed Enterprise Software | $300K OTE uncapped
Location: Remote, United States (Eastern or Central time zone preferred)
About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed provider of ERP and supply chain software for the industrial sectors, with several hundred million dollars in annual recurring revenue. The business has made substantial recent investment in AI-driven product capability and in scaling its partner ecosystem, and is seeing strong momentum in partner-sourced revenue as a result.
About the Role: We're hiring a Senior Channel Sales Manager to own and grow our client's relationship with a leading Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partner. This is a high-impact, hunter-led role: you'll build joint go-to-market plans, generate and progress joint pipeline, and drive co-selling activity that turns a strong partner relationship into real commercial results.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with a Global Systems Integrator (TCS preferred)A genuine hunter mentality — proven experience personally carrying and exceeding a sales or partner-sourced revenue target, not solely managing existing relationshipsERP or enterprise application sales experience is ideal, though candidates from adjacent enterprise software backgrounds may also be considered Prior experience working specifically with TCS is a strong plus Comfort operating with senior stakeholders on both the partner and customer side Willingness to travel (approx. 40–50%) to engage with partners and customers

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
