Groundskeeper

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Community Manager or assigned Supervisor: Assisting in the achievement of the community's annual budget plan Some maintenance functions Physical condition of the community Upholding all Company policies, goals, and values ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas Perform assigned landscaping duties Participate in an ongoing improvement plan Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction All other duties as may be assigned from time to time SKILLS REQUIRED:Strong commitment to company goals and values Perform the tasks assigned in an orderly and timely manner Be a good communicator and listener
