About the role

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Cruise Line is seeking a senior Youth Activities leader to manage and operate all youth spaces aboard our vessels. You will lead a team across venues like It’s A Small World Nursery, Oceaneer’s Club/Lab, Edge and Vibe, ensuring safety, engagement, and high-quality guest experiences.
