About the role
Senior Manager, Operations - Private CreditWhat You'll Be DoingLead operational readiness and ongoing oversight for complex private credit funds and investment vehicles Manage cash forecasting, capital activity, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facilities, borrowing bases, and liquidity planning Build and maintain fund models, projections, performance analytics, fee calculations, waterfalls, allocations, and reporting dashboards Partner with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations on complex fund matters Support investor reporting, management reporting, due diligence requests, regulatory requirements Strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operational procedures Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance
- Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments
- Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldCPA or advanced degree is a plus
