About the role
Capital One seeks a Manager, Risk Management in ORCA to lead 2nd line risk challenge activities across risk assessment processes such as RCSA, PLA, and PRA. You will document results, analyze data to identify risks, and drive remediation plans while serving as a SME to BRO and IRM teams.
You will collaborate across Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and risk offices to achieve objectives and build trusted advisor relationships with the first line.
