About the role

Your new company Hays is partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm, who are looking to add a Property Manager to their team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. Your new role Complete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-site Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status Oversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and Coordination Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents Manage and oversee tenant space buildouts/improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenants What you'll need to succeed You will need a minimum of 3 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (Mixed-use experience)Excellent communication & organizational skills Experience overseeing multiple assets Experience managing a team (recruitment, onboarding, training & development)Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.)Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration or Communication is preferred What you'll get in return Very competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with a generous match and no vesting period Unlimited PTOWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this Commercial Property Manager role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
