Skills Needed 2-3+ years of accounting, audit, or finance experience Public accounting experience preferredCPA or working toward CPA preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAPStrong communication and client-facing skills Day to DayIn this role, you’ll work directly with Fortune 1000 companies, large corporations, and fast-growing private equity-backed businesses on high-impact financial and accounting initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries, business models, and strategic projects while helping clients navigate some of their most important financial decisions. Key Areas of Work Complex accounting matters, financial reporting, GAAP/FASB, and reporting process improvements Evaluating and improving accounting and finance processes, controls, systems, and workflows Financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and management reporting Supporting acquisitions, transaction analysis, financial diligence, and integration planning Preparing companies for public markets, including reporting, controls, processes, and finance infrastructure Supporting businesses through complex divestitures, separations, and standalone finance operations Partnering with high-growth companies and private equity sponsors through periods of significant growth and transformation
