About the role
PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Managing Director for Sponsor & Direct Coverage in Dallas to originate and lead debt financing transactions with top-tier PE clients, coordinating across private credit, capital markets, and AR/ARR lending teams.
You will manage relationships with sponsor groups, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate terms, while leading due diligence and coordinating with internal partners to close transactions.
