About the role
- Leverage existing executive relationships to introduce EXL to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Facilitate C-level and VP-level conversations with business, technology, data, marketing, revenue, and operations leaders.
- Support account planning, whitespace identification, and market-entry strategies across priority Live Entertainment accounts.
- Identify transformation initiatives where EXL can create measurable business value.
- Participate in select customer meetings, executive briefings, and opportunity-shaping discussions.

- Provide insights on: Live event operations and operating model transformation
- Ticketing strategy, audience analytics, and demand forecasting
- Fan engagement, loyalty, and customer experience transformation
- Sponsorship measurement and revenue optimization
- Venue operations, workforce planning, and service optimization
- AI, GenAI, data modernization, and analytics adoption in entertainment organizations
- Opportunity Development
- Help identify opportunities related to: Customer Data Platforms and unified customer views
- Data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics enablement
- AI, GenAI, and automation-led business transformation
- Marketing analytics, personalization, and campaign effectiveness
- Customer service and digital operations transformation
- Finance, accounting, and revenue operations transformation
- Revenue growth analytics, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting
- 15+ years of experience in Live Entertainment, concert promotion, events, venue operations, ticketing, entertainment media, or adjacent sectors.
- Strong experience working with or within organizations such as Live Nation, AEG, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, major venues, arenas, stadium operators, or event promoters.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives and translate industry priorities into actionable business opportunities.
