Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Olathe KS (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract - Higher Possibilities of Extension or Conversion Pay Rate: $19.50/hr on W2 Shift Details: Tuesday - Saturday 8a - 4pAs a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experienceWhat your day-to-day will look like: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emailHandle customer complaints in a calm, professional mannerDiagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issuesMonitor progress of delivery routesScan haul-away pods and verify stampsProcess changes or cancellations to delivery ordersWhat you'll need to excel: Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh school diploma or equivalent1-year related experience preferably within a call center environmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issuesSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
