About the role
Managing renewable energy and carbon reduction contracts, the full-time Energy Portfolio Manager will oversee contract compliance, monitor project development and construction, and coordinate with various stakeholders while working onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the ongoing owner for all operational renewable energy contract requirements
Create, maintain, and track documents and data related to renewable energy projects
Review invoicing and reporting for renewable energy project contracts to ensure consistency with contract terms
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, energy or environmental science, paralegal studies, or similar
5+ years of experience in energy contract management, project development, or operations
Experience managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects and understanding performance metrics
Experience drafting correspondence and developing partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders
Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, and AI tooling
