Job Summary: Experienced IT professional serving as an Onsite Coordinator and Cloud-Native Java Backend Developer, responsible for bridging communication between business stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, while designing, developing, and supporting scalable cloud-native applications. Skilled in Java microservices development, cloud technologies, UNIX shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL. Proven ability to manage project deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Onsite Coordination· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore development teams.· Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.· Coordinate project activities, sprint planning, status reporting, and release management.· Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.· Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.· Support stakeholder management through regular status updates and project reviews.· Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.· Coordinate production support activities and incident management. Cloud-Native Java Backend Development· Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.· Build and deploy RESTful APIs and backend services following modern architectural patterns.· Develop scalable, resilient, and secure applications in cloud environments.· Implement containerized solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes/Open Shift.· Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.· Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.· Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide production support. Database Development (SQL/PL-SQL)· Design and develop database objects including stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views.· Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance applications.· Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.· Support data migration, integration, and reconciliation activities.· Ensure database integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. UNIX Shell Scripting· Develop and maintain UNIX/Linux shell scripts for application automation and operational processes.· Automate batch jobs, monitoring, deployment, and maintenance activities.· Troubleshoot production issues using UNIX commands and log analysis.· Support system administration tasks and performance monitoring.· Create reusable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
