About the role
Leading workforce strategy initiatives, the full-time remote People Optimization Consultant will strengthen hiring, onboarding, and leadership development while serving as a trusted advisor to enhance caregiver engagement and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead workforce strategy initiatives related to hiring, onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development
Advise leaders on skill expectations, proficiency levels, and promotion readiness while managing change initiatives
Design and improve workforce tools based on feedback and outcomes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Five or more years of experience in workforce strategy, organizational development, or related consulting work
Experience in change management and learning and development
