About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, highly organized Creator Partnerships & Community Intern to help us grow and manage the Healthy Gal creator community. You'll work directly with the founder to identify emerging creators, support influencer campaigns, manage product gifting, communicate with ambassadors, and help build genuine relationships between Healthy Gal and the people who love our brand.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify TikTok and Instagram creators who align with Healthy GalConduct creator outreach for gifting, UGC, affiliate, and paid opportunities
- Help manage our Healthy Gal Bestie ambassador community
- Coordinate product gifting and track shipments, content, and campaign deliverables
- Maintain organized creator and ambassador trackers
- Follow up with creators regarding content deadlines and campaign requirements
- Help review incoming ambassador and creator applications
- Identify strong-performing creators for future paid partnerships
- Engage with creators and community members across social platforms
- Brainstorm creative influencer campaigns, gifting concepts, and community initiatives
- Help identify potential brand collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Track campaign results and share learnings with the team
- Who We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, PR, business, fashion, or a related field
- Understand TikTok, Instagram, influencer culture, and current social trends
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations and deadlines
- Have strong written communication skills
- Enjoy discovering new creators and building relationships
- Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Have an interest in wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Have experience with Canva, Google Sheets, or creator platforms — a plus, but not required
What You'll Gain:
This internship provides hands-on experience in influencer marketing, community building, affiliate marketing, creator campaigns, product seeding, and startup brand building. You won't just observe campaigns—you'll help execute them. You'll gain real experience working with creators from initial discovery and outreach through content delivery and campaign performance, while helping shape the growing Healthy Gal community.
