Certified Benz & Beemer is seeking a professional Receptionist for a full-time position. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our Full-Time Receptionist plays an important role in representing the professionalism, hospitality, and high level of service that CBB customers have come to expect.
Job Description:
- Work flexible hours, weekends, and Evenings. Are required
- Wear business-appropriate attire.
- Have clear and neat handwriting.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination.
- Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.
- Sort out paperwork as needed.
- Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word as well as Excel and Google Docs.
- Direct guests to their desired location.
- Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet.
- Bilingual is a plus!
