Job description
Role Overview: Client is seeking a high-caliber, aggressive Sales Hunter to spearhead our Data and Artificial Intelligence business growth across the United States market. As a hunter on our go-to-market team, you will be responsible for breaking into new enterprise logos, expanding our footprint in Fortune 500 accounts, and closing high-value, complex deals across Modern Data Architecture, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate is an elite net-new logo hunter who has spent the atleast last 5 to 7 years exclusively selling enterprise Data and AI solutions, possesses an active, senior-level industry rolodex, and has a proven track record of driving multi-million dollar deals in partnership with top-tier cloud and data platform ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities: Net-New Logo Acquisition: Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, targeting large enterprise accounts across key verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Capital Markets, Manufacturing, and Retail).Ecosystem Leverage: Capitalize on deep fluency with Databricks and Snowflake, alongside at least one major hyperscaler (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), to co-sell and position Client’s implementation and engineering capabilities. Network Utilization: Leverage an established, active rolodex of CXOs, Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and procurement leaders to fast-track pipeline creation. Solution Selling: Pitch complex data engineering, Lakehouse migrations, enterprise GenAI orchestration, and Multi-Agent system initiatives. Deal Architecture: Lead pricing, contract negotiations, master services agreement (MSA) closures, and executive presentations in collaboration with delivery and technical pre-sales teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 14–17 years of total professional experience in enterprise technology sales, with a mandatory 5–7 years focused on selling Data and AI services. Ecosystem Expertise: Deep domain knowledge and demonstrated success selling solutions built on Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Network / Rolodex: Must bring a demonstrable, active executive rolodex within US enterprises, with established relationships at the C-suite and VP levels. Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding annual quotas ($3M+ net-new annual contract value) and winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the IT/analytics services sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
