Security Field Supervisor

Truckyard experience is required. Clean Driving Record is also required. TRAK TIK experience is preffered.

Schedule: Full Time / 40 hours / Availability on the Weekends Pay Scale: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Proof of current/valid California Driver License and clean driving record required. Must have knowledge of different operations (Warehouses, Truckyards, Commercial Buildings and Retail) in order to conduct Post Checks or Hold Post. Field Supervisor minimum requirements: Demonstrates leadership skills Consistently motivated Reliable Flexible schedule (swing and night shifts availability required) Possess a valid California driver license and clean driving record Enthused to counsel, train, and encourage others Maintain a positive attitude through challenging situations Communicate/document thoroughly, efficiently, professionally Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and work environments Deal with individuals cautiously and professionally Follow instructions Deal tactfully/diplomatically with clients, NGS management, and co-workers. Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures Take the initiative Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property as necessary Obtain help by calling law enforcement Prevent losses and damages by reporting abnormalities and suspicious activity Inform violators of policies/procedures correct policies/procedures, and consequences [law enforcement] should they fail to comply Report disturbances, and trespassers to law enforcement Complete reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses when necessary Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
