About the role
The School District of Philadelphia seeks a Senior General Counsel (Labor and Employment, Litigation) to provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Education, District leadership, and employees. The role focuses on labor and employment counseling and complex litigation, supervising and collaborating with the Office of General Counsel and outside counsel.
The successful candidate will oversee risk mitigation, training, and development of attorneys and staff, and will lead labor negotiations
