About the role
Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor Campbell County Jail | Kentucky Monday – Friday | Day Shift Help People Move Forward—One Conversation at a Time. Meaningful work doesn't always happen in a traditional office. Sometimes, it happens where compassion is needed most. Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, CSW, LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our behavioral health team at the Campbell County Jail. In this role, you'll provide critical mental health services to an underserved population while working alongside experienced medical and correctional professionals in a safe, structured environment. If you're looking for a career where your clinical expertise creates lasting change, we'd love to meet you.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
