QA Inspector – 2nd ShiftAre you detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and a passion for maintaining high standards? Position Summary:
As a Quality Component Process Inspector (CPI) / Inline Auditor, you will evaluate completed products to ensure they meet work instructions, customer specifications, and industry standards. Your role is critical in upholding our commitment to quality and customer
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial inspections of components submitted for 1st Piece approval before equipment is released for production. Perform ongoing line inspections to verify product conformance to timely feedback to operators and equipment technicians regarding product acceptance or rejection. Collaborate with Production and Process Engineering teams to identify and resolve processing issues. Utilize microscopes and measurement tools to perform precise inspections, ensuring every detail meets quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation on travelers and through electronic data entry to ensure traceability and compliance. Fulfill additional inspection duties as assigned to support overall quality objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes and measurement devices.
- Ability to identify electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, and ICs.
- Physically capable of extended walking and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficient in following written work instructions in English.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey feedback.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
