About the role
Proactively engaging with homeowners, the full-time remote Project Advisor will manage outbound and inbound calls to identify project needs, match them with appropriate professionals, and contribute to process improvements within the team.
Key responsibilities
Place outbound calls to homeowners to advance their project journey and field return inbound calls for support
Participate in pilots and process improvements, providing feedback on new tools and workflows
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support team goals aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality customer service
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes
Commitment to upholding company values and delivering an exceptional homeowner experience
