About the role
Hiring: AI Marketing Project Manager📍 Location: Remote, with preference for NYC-area candidates willing to attend the New York office 2–3 days per weekW2 Only at $70/hr📅 Duration: 3–6 months initially, with possible extension We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the bridge between Marketing business owners and AI development teams, guiding AI-enabled marketing initiatives from scoping through implementation and adoption.
Key Requirements:
Experience managing digital marketing, content management, web, social media, or MarTech projects.
Experience delivering AI-enabled initiatives, with practical knowledge of AI use cases, data readiness, validation, and governance.
Strong project planning, requirements gathering, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience coordinating business owners, technical teams, vendors, and distributed resources.
Ability to define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans.
Flexibility to collaborate across U.S. and Ireland time zones.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.
