The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for their commitments, as well as removing obstacles, managing major projects, and standardizing work processes. This leadership position requires close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer to translate strategic ideas into functional plans across various business areas. The VP Ops will also be instrumental in integrating and optimizing the major functions of the business, with a focus on the six key components: people, vision, data, issues, process, and traction. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations - Supply Chain - Logistics include partnering with the CEO on strategic planning, owning the business scorecard, and leading the team to achieve growth and P&L objectives. The role demands a leader who can foster a healthy, collaborative environment, and who is adept at resolving issues and ensuring the leadership team is cohesive and functional. The ideal candidate will be a role model for the company's core values, demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement skills, and ensure that the organization is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results for its customer base.
