About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Systems & Reporting Administrator to join our team. The Mortgage Systems & Reporting Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, configuration, and user enablement of Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation’s mortgage technology platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert for all systems. The role ensures efficient system utilization across the organization by onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training and support, maintaining data integrity, and continuously improving workflows to enhance loan operational efficiency, user experience, and sales productivity. Your expertise will drive efficient data management, system performance, and automation initiatives that support our organizational goals. Responsibilities
System Administration:
  • Manage and maintain the mortgage loan origination system (LOS) including system configuration, maintenance, workflow management, user access, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Secondary, Compliance, and IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Administer and maintain the nCino POS platform, including user setup, permissions, and configuration.
  • Support integration efforts between POS, LOS (e.g. Encompass), and other internal systems.
  • Stay current on system updates, enhancements, and industry best practices; recommend and implement improvements as requested by the organization.
  • Monitor system usage, identify gaps and implement improvements to drive engagement and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Data Management
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all mortgage data within Encompass.
  • Implement data validation and verification techniques to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline data input and management processes.
Reporting and Analysis: Develop and generate comprehensive reports to support business operations and decision-making. Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve mortgage processing and customer service. Collaborate with stakeholders to design custom reports as needed.
Training and Support: Actively participate in the onboarding of new employees, including system setup, training, and adoption support. Provide training and support to staff related to the company’s tech stack and 3rd party integrated systems. Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and live sessions for sales and operations staff. Serves as the primary point of contact for any system-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.3+ years of experience administering mortgage technology platforms or a similar role. Proven experience with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is required. Proficiency in building and maintaining business rules utilizing both Visual Basic (VB), Java Script, & C# coding languages. Strong experience using SSMS for writing SQL queries, database maintenance and automation performance. PowerBI experience a plus. Familiarity with the loan origination process and 3rd party systems that aid in loan engineering a plus (i.e. point of sale, credit, title, verifications, AUS, etc.).Experience with onboarding or training employees on software systems.
Required Skills: Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop business rules utilizing Visual Basic and C# programming languages. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Customer Service skills. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal abilities a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
