About the role
Job Title: Account Executive – Data Services (Informatica Power Center Focus)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join a fast-growing data and technology services consultancy. This is a high-impact, remote role focused on selling professional services in the data domain, with a strong emphasis on Informatica and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business opportunities and pipeline, driving net-new business development.- Aggressively drive deals forward, create urgency with customers, and close multi-million-dollar services deals.- Consistently achieve or exceed annual quotas of $1M–$3M+ (up to $5M relevant), with a proven track record of closed revenue/bookings.- Sell professional/consulting services across data management, governance, MDM, integration, cloud modernization, analytics, and adjacent services.- Build and expand partner relationships, especially within the Informatica and Salesforce ecosystems.- Operate in a partner-led sales motion, collaborating closely with delivery and partner teams.- Travel as needed for customer/partner meetings and relationship development.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data services, data management, or Informatica-focused consulting sales (7+ years preferred).- Demonstrated success with $1M–$3M+ annual quota responsibility and consistent overachievement.- Strong relationships with Informatica and Salesforce AEs, RVPS/AVPS (MuleSoft relationships a plus).- Experience selling services such as Informatica/IDMC, MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Integration/ETL, and cloud modernization.- Ability to self-generate pipeline and win net-new accounts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-accountability environment.- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.- US work authorization required (Green Card or US Citizen).
Nice to Have:
Relationships with MuleSoft/Salesforce sellers.- Financial Services experience.- Experience at both large enterprise vendors and smaller consultancies.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target base salary: Based on experience (DOE), with OTE targeted at approximately 2x base.- Full-time employee benefits package.- Aggressive commission structure with quarterly payouts.- Remote role; no relocation required.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (candidate’s local time zone; Eastern Time Zone preferred)
