About the role:
  • As aProduct Managerat Raft, you will be an agile onboarding SME that understands how to manage non-waterfall projects.
  • Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs
  • Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines
  • Report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan
  • Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
What we are looking for:
  • 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks
  • Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations Demonstrated knowledge in the following: Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security and CloudHighly preferred: Direct experience working with DoD clients Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss Agile certification(s) Experience working in a software factory environment
Clearance Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance
