Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will help bring the firm's brand to life across marketing, communications, digital, event, and client-facing experiences. The Graphic Designer will join the team at an important moment as the firm activates a new visual identity across a global asset management business. This role will help translate brand standards into polished, consistent, and effective creative across channels, supporting the materials, templates, campaigns, and experiences that shape how clients, partners, and employees engage with the brand. This is a strong opportunity for a designer with solid fundamentals, strong attention to detail, and good creative judgment to grow within a collaborative in-house team while contributing to work with meaningful visibility across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Translate the firm's visual identity into polished, brand-aligned creative across print, digital, social, event, experiential, and corporate channels, including sales materials, thought leadership, campaign assets, email graphics, promotional items, and client-facing collateral.
Create, adapt, and maintain design templates that help ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality execution across teams and channels.
Support the design and execution of event materials and brand activation experiences, helping ensure the firm's visual identity is expressed consistently and compellingly across conferences, meetings, sponsorships, and client-facing engagements.
Develop graphics, layouts, infographics, tables, charts, and other visual elements that make complex information clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
Apply brand standards consistently while helping maintain core design assets, including templates, photography, iconography, and other creative resources.
Partner with creative, marketing, digital, project management, and business teams to execute work that supports business priorities and enhances the client experience.
Prepare files for print and digital production, manage project files and version control, and balance multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a brand, in-house creative team, agency, or marketing environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color, and brand application across multiple formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows preferred.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation platforms is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
A collaborative working style, openness to feedback, and strong communication skills.
Curiosity, creativity, and interest in continuing to grow across brand design, digital experiences, accessibility, event activation, and emerging creative tools.
Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry is helpful but not required.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
