Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Proliant Dairy's brand, support sales growth, generate qualified leads, and increase market awareness. This role serves as a strategic partner to the commercial team while also managing the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. Job Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Experience:3+ years of marketing experience preferred. Job Duties Brand & Communications Lead and maintain the company's brand strategy and visual identity. Manage rebranding initiatives, brand rollout activities, and brand governance. Develop and execute annual marketing and communication plans. Manage website content, social media, email campaigns, and corporate and maintain marketing materials, brochures, presentations, product literature, and digital content. Sales & Lead Generation Support Support commercial growth by generating, researching, and qualifying potential leads using available sales and marketing tools. Assist the sales team with prospecting activities and lead pipeline development. Develop customer-facing sales tools, presentations, and value propositions. Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and contribution to sales opportunities. Market Intelligence Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, growth opportunities, and emerging competitor activities, positioning, product launches, pricing trends, and marketing actionable market insights to support strategic decision-making and product development. Product & Event Marketing Support product positioning, new product launches, and commercialization efforts. Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, and industry marketing activities. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment. Marketing Analytics Track and report key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, digital engagement, campaign performance, and return on investment. Recommend and implement continuous improvements based on data and market insights. Vendor & Agency Management Manage relationships with graphic designers, digital agencies, website vendors, photographers, printers, and promotional product suppliers. Manage budgets and negotiate contracts when Requirements Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. Experience with digital marketing, content development, and CRM/marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience in B2B marketing. Experience within food ingredients, dairy, agriculture, or manufacturing industries. Experience supporting international sales written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software to work daily and other hours as required. Ability to assist other work-related areas as required. Ability to travel both domestically and overseas.
