Job Description:
Bindery and Finishing Technician Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated commercial print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Bindery and Print Finishing Technician in our Norwich, CT location. This is a full-time Monday – Friday day shift position. Seeking candidates with professional print finishing and bindery experience, but we are willing to train an ambitious candidate with a high mechanical aptitude. Compensation commensurate with experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of the print finishing and bindery department, to include; cutting, collating, stapling, scoring, perforating, padding, envelope stuffing, book binding and packaging of all printed products. Minimum qualifications required for consideration: Previous experience in commercial print production, or other closely related fields (wide format, commercial signage, etc.).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High organizational competence, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong basic math and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required.
