This role leads the design and implementation of executive compensation and total rewards solutions while managing client engagements, developing business, leading sales and nurturing senior client relationships. The position works across executive compensation strategy, pay benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay strategy, pay structure modernization and broader total rewards issues. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership while leading project teams and helping develop consulting talent.
