About the role

We're a technology company delivering AI-powered solutions to enterprise and public sector clients in high-stakes environments. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), you'll guide client engagements from ideation through deployment, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Sales to translate complex requirements into successful outcomes. This role blends technical acumen, creativity, and business judgment. You'll work directly with engineering teams and clients to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that drive real impact. Open to candidates based in the Washington, DC Metro Area or the San Francisco Bay Area.
What You'll Do: Orchestrate: Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and engineers to define strategy, gather requirements, and manage milestones and communication. Execute: Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and designers to deliver quality products. Identify risks and dependencies early, and ensure compliance with IT and security policies. Strategize: Explore new applications of machine learning and NLP, turning custom client work into scalable product features.
What You Bring: 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in SaaSProven success managing large-scale, technical enterprise data integration projects Strong skills in requirements gathering, scope management, and stakeholder alignment Comfort working across internal teams and with external client stakeholders Solid technical foundation with the ability to contribute to system design and architecture discussions Experience with DoD or public sector clients and familiarity with processes like Fed Start or ATOActive Top Secret (TS) clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred
Bonus Points: Familiarity with ML workflows and core data science concepts Understanding of ML algorithms, databases, or data pipelines Background in coding or working closely with engineering teams
