Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams regarding parts supportPromote and support all aspects of the parts department with customers and company personnelManage workflow by processing parts orders via phone, internet, and in personSell parts to walk-in, phone, and shop customersAssist with warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and picking ordersSupport inventory management and organization within the parts departmentOperate forklifts and assist with material handling as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability and order statusContribute to team goals and assist with additional tasks as neededEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong computer skills, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applicationsMechanical aptitude required; knowledge of heavy equipment parts preferredAbility to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse tasksForklift experience preferred or willingness to learnValid driver's license requiredStrong customer service, communication, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
