About the role
Floral Department Manager The Green Thumbers is seeking an experienced, creative individual with excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge for the position of Floral Department Manager. Key responsibilities include managing inventory while controlling cost of goods, department training, maintaining the website, scheduling, assisting customers, designing arrangements, displaying merchandise, and wedding consultations. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of floral operations/design, previous management experience, customer service skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and time management/prioritizing. Salary is dependent upon experience. All applicants must pass background check and drug test.
