About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
- Large scale commercial and/or high-end custom residential construction experience required.10+ years of progressive construction project management experience with a general contractor required.
- Experience managing construction projects in mountain environments, severe weather conditions, and site constraints strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, schedules, change orders, contracts, subcontracts, and project financial management.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling including short-term and long-term planning.
- Expertise in project documentation, submittals, RFIs, quality management, and construction administration.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.
