About the role

Summary: The Senior Manager, Planning & Allocation leads inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation across the Americas Region. The role partners with headquarters and local teams to optimize product distribution and support regional sales objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop and monitor rolling forecasts for assigned product categories, maintaining accuracy against objectives and KPIs. Partner with headquarters Supply Chain on regional product needs, forecasts, and model stock reviews. Allocate inventory across channels, including online retail, based on assortments and demand. Analyze sales, stock rotation, and business trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend action plans. Contribute to budgets and last-estimate exercises, prepare supply chain reporting, and co-lead presentations to senior leadership. Manage supply chain and operations projects as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in a planning role. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Ability to work with figures and retail mathematics; luxury retail product experience is a plus. SAP and Looker knowledge is an advantage; business proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
