Company Description: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the brand, marketing, and growth strategy for Promotional Marketing Agency, an industry leader as a top-tier, innovation-driven promotional and experiential marketing firm nationwide. This role develops and executes an integrated marketing vision that drives client acquisition, brand awareness, and digital transformation across all channels. The CMO serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, aligning marketing initiatives with the agency’s business objectives, affiliate growth, and digital modernization goals
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site position for a Chief Marketing Officer, Inc based in NY, NY. The CMO will develop and lead marketing strategies, oversee market research, conduct market planning, manage marketing teams, and spearhead public relations efforts. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals, ensuring effective branding, and driving overall growth.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in Marketing Management and Sales collaboration
  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Strong experience in Public Relations and building brand presence
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in industries served, such as the Food & Beverage industry, is a plus
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000, depending on credentials and experience.
