About the role

Agora Cyber Charter School is seeking a Director of Student Success to foster a positive, achievement-oriented environment. The role leads Family Coaches, Truancy Prevention Officers, School Social Workers, and other teams to drive attendance, engagement, and accountability. The position reports to the Chief Academic Officer and collaborates with grade-level teams, MTSS, and planning committees to implement school-wide improvements and compliance with state regulations.
